A seminar on Preventing and Resolving Financial Risks was organized by CTA on August 2nd, 2018 in Beijing. 110 representatives from the supervisory department and practical fields participated.

The representative from the supervisory department interpreted the drafting background, basic principles and main contents of relevant rules on Financial Assets Investment Companies. The representative from China Cinda Asset Management Company shared experiences in dealing with non-performing assets in recent years. Legal experts from Fangyuan Notary, Beijing Arbitration commission and Zhongsheng Law Firm discussed solutions for disputes concerning the disposal of non-performing assets from perspectives of notarization, arbitration and litigation respectively.
